ANSWER

A: If you are missing SCENE points you earned at Swiss Chalet, please contact SCENE. Please provide your name, SCENE card number, a valid Swiss Chalet purchase receipt, and a bonus offer coupon (if applicable), and SCENE will look into this for you! 

Q: What if I didn’t have my SCENE card with me, can I get SCENE points added after the fact? 

ANSWER

A: SCENE points are only awarded when you present your SCENE membership card before the end of the transaction when you are making your purchase at Swiss Chalet. If an error occurred and you did not receive your points, contact SCENE. Please provide your name, SCENE card number, a valid Swiss Chalet purchase receipt, and a bonus offer coupon (if applicable), and SCENE will investigate.

Q: How do I earn SCENE points at Swiss Chalet? 

ANSWER

A: Visit your nearest Swiss Chalet restaurant and make a purchase today! Show your SCENE card, and you will earn 1 SCENE point for every $3 you spend on the purchase of food and beverages excluding alcohol where required by law, less all taxes, gratuities and delivery charges. 

Q: How do I earn bonus SCENE points at Swiss Chalet? 

ANSWER

A: To be eligible to earn bonus SCENE points at Swiss Chalet you must show your server your black SCENE membership card and your bonus offer coupon or bonus offer email (on your phone or as a printout) when paying for your meal. Bonus offers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Q: How do I redeem SCENE points at Swiss Chalet? 

ANSWER

A: Points can be redeemed towards Swiss Chalet meals in increments of 1,000 SCENE points. Each 1,000 SCENE points that are used saves you $10 off your meal! 

Q: I can't find my SCENE card. Can you send me a new one? 

ANSWER

A: You can request a replacement SCENE card online at scene.ca/cardreplacement

* Offer available at participating Swiss Chalet restaurants. SCENE members will earn 1 SCENE point for every $3.00 spent on the purchase of food and beverages (excluding alcohol where required by law), less all taxes, gratuities and service or delivery charges. SCENE members may redeem 1,000 SCENE points to receive $10.00 off their bill (excluding alcohol), less all taxes, gratuities and service or delivery charges, to a maximum of $350.00. For dine-in and walk-in/take-out orders only: SCENE members must provide their membership number by presenting their black SCENE membership card, temporary SCENE card or mobile card, at time of payment in order to earn or redeem SCENE points. Servers must be notified before ordering when multiple SCENE membership cards are to be used per table. For delivery orders: Members must enter their SCENE membership number at the time of payment to earn or redeem SCENE points. To redeem, you must select ‘SCENE Card’ as your method of payment and then the amount you would like to redeem, in increments of $10.00. The selected amount will only be applied against the order subtotal (before tax and delivery fees) and a secondary form of payment will be required to pay for the balance of your order. Only one SCENE membership card per check. SCENE membership cards are limited to earning SCENE points on a maximum of three (3) transactions per day across all participating CARA restaurants.
